For shared use: park 17 ha with flowers and trees, meadow, beautiful garden to relax, courtyard, natural pond. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). 2 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop "Tribsees" 10 km, sandy beach "Dierhagen (Fischland)" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km.
