"Was very disappointed to walk in and discover the common areas reeked of cigarette smoke. After contacting the host they agreed to send the cleaner back who left a passive-aggressive note telling us she had cleaned thoroughly already. "The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location.
