The staff was amazing! They were so helpful in making arrangements for an amazing driver to St Andrew’s (James) for us. Carlos and everyone at the hotel was very helpful in getting us cars, making reservations and recommendations that were all spot on! The location was awesome as well as our room and all the amenities. Loved our stay!

It was by far the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, and we’re frequent travelers. The air conditioning wasn’t working, the staff was extremely rude and indifferent, and they showed little to no concern for their guests. Overall, it was a very disappointing and upsetting experience.
