The staff went above expectations to provide a personal touch for our stay. They were friendly, provided recommendations in the area for walking and dining and offered assistance in our room (a nightlight and ADA accommodations). The staff checked with us to see that we had what we needed, making the stay very pleasant. The room temperature was appropriate and could be adjusted by us. The indoor pool was nice to have, but on one occasion was too cold for our liking. If you plan to use the pool, I suggest letting the manager know the day ahead of time to be sure the temperature is set to your comfort level. We may stay here again if we return to the area to visit.

This hotel is great overall. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. There appeared to be ketchup or blood stains on the bedding, the walls had residue on them, and the bath tub looked like it had mildew or was just filthy. The beds were extremely comfortable though, and staff was friendly.

Checking into our room we discovered the worn pilled sheets full of dog/cat hair and hair in the sink. The manager was quick to give us a new room that the fridge freezer needed defrosted badly but at least was cleaner. Heads up, the indoor heated pool is not heated. The breakfast was lacking fruit, OJ and not very much offered. Very disappointed for a Ramada that needs updated with sinks and tub worn out. We will choose another place to stay next time. l

The pool room was unheated which made use practically impossible. The staff was nice. The room showed signs of wear, including the shower curtain rod seeming to come out of the wall.
