"Most of the hotel staff were very helpful a few weren’t I asked if I could eat my evening meal in there restaurant ( mamas kitchen ) & they said yes. It opens at 19:30 which is quite late to eat. On the Friday evening it was closed but they failed to tell me so I had to go out in the pouring rain and find an alternative. The hotel was very clean although the main carpets could do with a refurb. A pleasant stay on the whole would use it in future. "

"The hotel met our needs while in Milan.The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to have the carpet in the hallways removed. I understand that carpeting in the hallways helps reduce noise but, even though we could tell it had been recently cleaned (with soap and water, not just vacuumed), there was still a distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from it. That's the only negative we could find, otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. "
