. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"It was a disappointment that the

was closed when we arrived. This was the attraction for me to book this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. Highly recommend the dinner here. Breakfast we found very underwhelming. No honey left. no yoghurt left, only a few pieces of bread available. Choice of cornflakes or chocolate flakes. No fresh fruit at all.
