"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention the new water park. The variety of slides appeals to all ages and the splash pad is excellent for smaller guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay."

"We love the royal blue. It’s our third visit to this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."

"A beautiful villa with a stunning pool area. 3 spacious bedrooms, very effective air-conditioning.Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Felt very private despite the open appearance. Would 100% recommend this villa and if we ever stay in Crete again, we would definitely choose this villa. The owner is lovely, and communication was great."
