"The view from Casa Belvedere is spectacular. We enjoyed the chance to sit on the terrace and experience the beauty of Gaeta and the rustic and quaint nature of the apartment. Domenica pomeriggio abbiamo dovuto fare la grande spesa perché non c'era un goccio di olio, o sale, insomma il minimo che troviamo quasi sempre dovunque ci capita di andare. "Very friendly staff that were happy to help, food was very good with a good breakfast selection. Very reasonable and good location near the Autostrade and close to the town of Cassino. Would recommend."

"The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable with a great bed. The pool is great and the breakfast was fantastic on the stunning terrace. Access to the beach is convenient and its a lovely sandy clean beach. My only criticisms are that the hotel hosted a party on the first night of our stay and our room eas directly next to this outdoor event so was a little noisy. We did complain to reception but they did nothing to help. The following day there was smashed glass all over the pool area. The lifeguard swept this into the corner half heartedly. We again complained to reception but no cleaner was sent to make the area safe. I noticed another guest cut her foot and made the lifeguard aware but they did not resolve the issue. Dont use glass at events around the pool! My other gripe eas the fact they told us our room rate did not include an allocated sunbed on the beach. We was not aware of this at booking. As it happened the beach was quiet but this would have been an annoyance had it been busy. I would definitely stay at the property again."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing! Serena and Giuseppe were 2 names I remember but literally every staff member went above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcomed. The only thing we wished was opened later was the pool. The pool closed at 6:45."

"The rooms were great! Shower was a bit awkward with the rainfall in the middle and no space to move away from the water and a slippery flooring. Disappointed with how we spend so much money for little amenities for 21hrs booking. We couldn’t use the pool before checkout, which I think is wrong. You pay for only half a day! It good enough! Most hotels (I’ve been to a lot) offer up until checkout."

"Wonderful stay with peaceful private beach. The beach was perfect- refreshing and clear water and soft clean sand. Easy and lovely. We would recommend The Summit to any friends looking for a beach stay without the chaos of the public beach. We went with our two older kids and they also had a fantastic time on the beach."
