"Hotel fairly new, very clean, hallways smell clean, nice welcome gift, room clean and roomy, bed had a nice soft mattress topper, comfortable bed and soft pillows, clean bathroom, reasonable breakfast, good parking, good shopping nearby, 5 minutes from Concordia Theological Seminary. The only bad thing is there is a noisey highway right next door, but it did not bother our sleep. We will be back!"

"Construction right above my room from 7:00a until 7:00p right away. They should not be putting guests on the second floor when there is pounding on the ceiling from the third floor construction. Horrible stay. "

"Rooms are not clean, bed sheets were stained, bathroom curtain has mold, window to outside obviously leaks… mold and water damage all around it. The facility is very much so run down, non of the amenities are open, pool closed, workout room closed, laundry room closed, they do have a breakfast but it’s not good at all, and personally wouldn’t recommend eating for sanitary purposes. Stayed here with my husband, but wouldn’t stay her as a single female traveler for sure, the lock on our door was coming off the wall, there was one other car besides ours in the parking lot the whole time we have been here. Staff is very rude and unhelpful, again we were one of two people staying here, went to ask for a extra pillow as there were only two on the queen size bed, he said not allowed, we don’t have any extra, then my husband asked if we could possibly have a blanket instead and to that he said nothing and walked away !!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, we ended up finding a different hotel to stay at !!! "

"There is a hot tub in the advertisement photo. Google says this is the largest hotel hot tub in Fort Wayne. Maybe it is, but it's doesn't really matter when there's NO WATER IN IT and there's a "Permanently closed" sign posted by it. No biggie, right? Just jump in the pool.... The ICE COLD pool. If you JUST need a room with a bed for the night, it's fine. But for our night.... we chose this place because of the advertised pool and hot tub. 1 was out of service, the other was a miserable freezing cold experience. I poured through every word of their description wondering if I just missed the info...nope. No mention. Also no ice maker on the 5th floor. Bar / restaurant was closed by 7pm. Not open at 11am the next day. The shower was just lukewarm at 9am. Thank God it was hot the night prior so I could thaw out from freezing in the pool. So that means the water heaters couldn't keep up with demand even at 9am on a Tuesday. Can't imagine how bad a busy weekend would be. Then again, the showers are so small that there's barely a flat area to stand before the sides start to curve up. So you really want to rinse and get out asap anyway. There is NOTHING that is high end or relaxing at this Holiday Inn that works. Again, if ALL you need is a room to sleep, I guess it's fine, but I'd save $30-$40 and stay 5 minutes up the road at any of several hotels in FW in the $80 range. All in all, I've had better experiences at significantly less expensive hotels. "

"This was a scary hotel. Lobby was dirty. The hallway had dog poop in it. The door to the outside didn’t secure properly. The furnace was falling apart. The bed was disgustingly gross. The jacuzzi was so old and gross. We only stayed here for 1 hour. We were scared to any longer. We had our little granddaughter with us. We did not feel safe at all. I want my full refund and I don’t know how to get it back. The office said I had to go through Expedia. I had anxiety so bad. We went and got a room at Wyndham across the street. Which cost me more money. What a horrible experience. Ruined our first vacation with our granddaughter. Please refund my money"
