Unique & gated custom built property by a local artist named Rex Butterfield whose iron work can be found throughout this unique rental property from the main entrance outside to the all-copper vent range in the kitchen. Handmade exquisite finishes & details throughout!

The main house is 2,514 sq. ft. plus we have a 1200 sq. ft detached wood floored media/game room with a pool table, air hockey, 200 inch projection screen, surround sound and satellite TV. This giant room has everything you need to keep friends and family entertained.

Outside, on the patio there is a Al Fresco style outdoor kitchen equipped with two gas grills and a charcoal grill overlooking the property. Cooking not your thing? We are only 30 minutes from the Hill County Galleria for uptown shopping and restaurants. A few minutes up the road is the award winning Opie's BBQ, Spicewood Vineyards, Iron Wolf Distillery and Krause Natural Springs. Nearby FrontYard Brewery is amazing! Enjoy the food trucks, wine bar and Pickle ball. It’s a great afternoon hangout.
