"The location was great and staff kind. Great kid bed. Seemed like it's usually a solid hotel. The hotel lost electricity when we were there. Elevators stopped working with someone in them, and all guest passports had to be rechecked. They were overwhelmed with passports and had them lined up on the front desk. Did not seem secure.
