I was disappointed with the spa and my treatment, the spa itself is in a lovely setting however the hour for relaxing doesn’t feel long enough especially in the low season, guests should be given more time when the facility is not being used so frequently. The service comes at an extra cost therefore I wouldn’t expect it to feel rushed but also not to be charged when we have paid for...

We weren’t initially aware that only breakfast food is offered in terms of food, without anything really in good walking distance (and we didn’t rent a car), but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us what we needed for the times where we didn’t have any plans (we went for a wedding that had shuttles and different activities during the day/night). They even went so far as to comp the late check out fee when we needed a few additional hours to get our lives together, lol. Absolutely recommend to anyone, just come with a car or be prepared to spend a little bit more on Ubers (no FreeNow/Lyft in this area). 😊 thank you so much, I’Pozzetti staff!! You rock!"
