Wonderful B and B, owners/operators went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful setting with a great view of Old Rag mountain!

Property is lovely. However, it was very cold and there was no heat in the room and very little in the whole house. Made it very uncomfortable...definitely unpleasant in cold weather.

Carole, You are correct that we were experiencing issues with our heating system last weekend. Your room did have a wood-burning stove that was set to be lit. We have gotten the heat working. We do apologize for your inconvenience. Mike and Susan

Kind of expensive for what we get. The room was full of flies, but the host did provide a fly swatter. There were books in a bookcase, but they seemed moldy and not something I wanted to touch. No TV, no cell service. Hint to the host: We would have absolutely loved a carafe of coffee sitting outside our door in the morning. Also, just beware that the B & B is quite a distance from Sperryville. The hosts were friendly (and we fell in love with Buster and Dandelion) and the view was lovely.

Gorgeous serene farm landscape
The view was incredible. Our hosts turned on the hot tub for my sister and I. After hiking miles at the national park, it was glorious to soak and swim with a jaw dropping view of the mountains and valley in the distance.

Very rustic, beautiful farm B&B. Lovely couple runs the home and is friendly, knowledgeable. No WiFi until you’re closer to town but it’s the perfect place to unplug and unwind.

We loved the simplicity and serenity of the Inn and the farm and the gracious, warm hospitality of the hosts Susan and Mike. Our accommodations were super clean and we were made to feel at home. Mike and Susan opened up their home to us and made their home feel like our home for the duration of our stay.

Terrific fun breakfast and Inn
Great B&B. Comfortable and beautiful - not over the top - room decorations. For us, the bed in the Dogwood room was not comfortable but that's personal. Others would find it very nice. And the room has so many windows, it's a delight. The breakfast family style is not to be missed. And the gluten-free muffins and choices -- excellent. All the flours are milled by the owner, so no process stuff here. Try it out for a relaxing weekend.
