Immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, Villa Corbezzolo is located embraced by the sea and the hills of Sperlonga in the exclusive area of Punta Cetarola. The villa is on one floor with an external patio. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and pleasure of an exclusive location 5 km from the centre of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, not to mention the archaeological and tourist sites nearby.
Description: Villa 6 people. The villa of about 100 square meters is composed of entrance into the large living room with dining area with table and chairs and living area with sofa. Separate kitchen equipped with 4 burners, dishwasher, oven. The hallway disengages 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower is accessible from both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom. Another bathroom with shower is located opposite the kitchen. Renovated in recent months the villa has simple and functional furnishings to enjoy the spaces fluidly.
The outdoor spaces are designed to enjoy life in the open air. A long patio is located on the entrance side of the villa and another covered patio is located on the back side of the villa overlooking the beautiful valley. Parking spaces inside the property, completely fenced with manual entrance gate, outdoor shower. Barbecue.
Pets allowed on request with extra charge.
