The owner of the property does NOT give you the property. He gives you a room. He stays there with you. Later he informed me and my partner (who were relegated to only the upstairs room so he could continue using his whole apartment himself) informed us that his girlfriend would also be there with us. This is not a bed and breakfast! You are paying to sleep over someone’s house WITH them!
