The location has a wonderful view , the pool was very clean and warm. The house wasn t very clean , especially the bathroom . But overall, quality price ratio was ok .

Unterkunft war eine Enttäuschung

Schlafen auf der Schlafcouch war nicht möglich, Küchenausstattungen fehlten, sehr hellhörig, Schränke müffeln, Schlafräume werden nicht klimatisiert, Unterkunft hätte sauberer sein können

Positive Erfahrung

Die Anlage ist nicht neu, aber schön angelegt, die Gärten sehr gepflegt. Der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht (auch vom Apartment aus!), ruhige Anlage. Man muss halt mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren (Abendessen) und wenn man rausgefunden hat, auf welchen Parkplätzen zu Stoßzeiten (etwa Samstag abend) was frei ist, geht das relativ stressfrei. Tagesausflüge nach Rom als auch Pompeji/Vesuv sind machbar.

Kleinschalig parkje met mooi zwembad. Huisjes zijn OK, niet luxe, maar het noodzakelijke is er (op (wijn)glazen na). Een auto is noodzakelijk. Gelukkig is er wel een mini-market op het park. Er is alleen wifi bij het zwembad en in de omgeving (wij zaten niet al te ver er van af en hadden op het terras nog wel wifi). Airco werkt goed.

Vacanza tranquilla

Appartamento un po' datato, invasione di formiche. Per raggiungere gli appartamenti senza usare auto, la salita è ardua, soprattutto per disabili, anziani e bambini piccoli. Si potrebbe ovviare con una sorta di navetta di piccole dimensioni, come già in uso in altre strutture. Per la posizione, gli appartamenti risultano freschi, la zona è ventilata,il panorama mozzafiato. Mancavano dal residence da circa 15 anni, ma nulla è cambiato.

Sehr schöne kleine Stadt mit verwinkelten Gassen in Sperlonga. Parkgebühr an den öffentlichen Badeplätzen zwischen 8,- und 10,-. Bahnlinie in Fondi ca 1,5h bis Rom 7,-€/Person. Gaeta mit schöner Altstadt. Generell besteht ein Parkplatz Problem, aber ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Lejemålet var OK. Dog var der dårlig rengjort ved ankomst. Der var mange (hunde)hår i boligen, og bestik/service var meget beskidt! Personalet svarede ofte på italiensk, når man talte engelsk til dem. Flot område med skøn udsigt. Hyggelig by!

Hyvä asunto upealla näköalalla

Asunnot ovat ihan ok, tilaa oli riittävästi, mutta sisustus vähän vanhahtavaa. Näköala on komea ja shuttle-palvelu toimii hyvin, joten pieni välimatka kaupunkiin ja rannoille ei haittaa. Seutu ja rannat ovat todella hyviä.
