Had a nice and relaxing time using the hot tub and fire pit. Was close enough to go sight seeing in several places without spending the day driving. Would definitely recommend.
Staying at Cranes Cabin was a great experience. The house is very modern and clean. It’s very close to Fall Creek Falls State Park which is such a beautiful place to hike, swim and site see.
Crane’s Cabin is a new, clean, modern, and well situated location for a quick getaway to visit and hike at Fall Creek Falls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely cone again next year.
This place was Amazing and clean!!! We enjoyed our visit to its fullest. The host was extremely helpfull and kind. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for an Amazing relaxing weekend.
Overall the trip was long and exhausting especially after our wedding and traveling 10 hours to spend a week in the mountains! The cabin was a perfect getaway, we got the peace and quiet we needed!
Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was greatly taken care of and clean. We had a great quiet get away. Our trip got caught extremely short due to a tornado coming through and shutting everything down, but in the future I would love to come back!
This property was perfect for an anniversary getaway to Fall Creek Falls State Park. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfy, and in a nice location. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend.
Beautiful home, fantastic location. Beginning the day with coffee on the covered porch, hiking/swimming in the park, outdoor bath and fire pit under the stars! Two nights wasn’t enough.
Perfect location to see and do what the State Park has to offer. Very clean. Modern but cozy. The outdoor tub is a unique and fun feature. The only minor thing is the sofa is very low and not comfortable. When seated your knees are higher than your hips. Probably more of an issue for us older folks in our 50s/60s. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.
We loved our stay at Crane’s Cabin! Gorgeous cosy cabin set just off the road, in the woods. Very easy to find with a super easy check in. Beautifully decorated and was perfect for the two of us. The bedroom had the largest, comfiest bed! So nice to have dressing gowns to use as well. Gage was super friendly and helpful and responded to any of my questions very quickly. Thank you very much for having us, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back! :-)
The cabin was cozy and clean. We loved the outdoor tub, covered patio, and fire pit. The location feels secluded, but it is right on the main road to Fall Creek Falls. We have already shown several friends pictures of how cute it is and recommend the cabin to them. The kitchen had everything we needed for low key meals. The owners sent a website of recommendations before hand so we stopped at an Mennonite Store to buy cinnamon roles and some bread for our stay. 5 stars would definitely go back.
I have stayed at 8-10 other VRBO properties, so I have a point of reference for this property. First’s off, Fall creek falls park is wonderful and this property checks the boxes for traveling there in a short time. The property was nice and clean. One thing to note about this property is that it isnt close to… anything else. There are small mini marts about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store of note is south 30 minutes away (walmart) or 30 minutes west in Mcminnville (kroger). Because of the remoteness one is going to have to cook at least one and more likely two meals there every day.We stayed here four nights. At other vrbo facilities, there was an assortment of Standard cooking items like oils, spices, and coffee products with multiple types of coffee machines. This place had… salt, pepper, and coffee pods. Everything else is byo supplies. Another downside here is that there was no dishwasher and only a tiny amount of dish soap. It was tough dealing with dirty dishes with no means to easily clean them. I would recommend this place for a two nigjt trip from a nearby city as a launching point to the park, but not for people traveling long distances who would need to purchase most items themselves once in the area.
Loved the quietness, spaciousness and overall arrangement of the house. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2. Outdoor area is nice. And loved the quick drive to the park.
