- The “Cuore Verde” farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval villages and historical towns centres.The house is a 17th century country villa integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill surrounding the scenario. The property is completely fenced in, making a total of 18 hectares of land, located at 2 km from Spello. The villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard. The furniture is antique The villa consists of three floors. The ground floor offers a professional kitchen, fully equipped and a large communal living room, bright and cool. In addition an impressive vaulted ceiling can be admired in the main hall. The villa can be hired entirely to host groups of 18/20 people.
Included in the price are electricity, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom linen, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool with treadmill and trampolines for water aerobics, laundry, wood-burning oven, television, WiFi, bicycles, trampoline.
