"The stay at Munyonyo was good but the Hotel.com confirmation email stated that the total price paid included Airport Transfer including other facilities but the resort denied that and said it was not included thus costing me extra $30 for the Taxi. "The hotel was generally ok for the price. However, they listed that they have wifi. Wifi was horrible. Not working in the rooms. So, if you want the use of wifi, I will not recommend this hotel. "On the good side, the staff were very nice and friendly. But there are issues of maintenance: many things not working properly: AC, water pressure, interphone, towels, etc. The name of the hotel is Alfa but the only sign in the street points to the "Fressy" hotel. "I had a nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast could be served at an earlier time however. They mention it starts from 7, but is only being served from 8 onwards. "Well equipped and clean apartments with lovely view. Downside was no wifi working - have since received an apology but nonetheless it spoiled our impression as it created much hassle while we were there. "Amazing view of lake. Also the people were wonderful But rooms needed updating. Very disappointed. Was a hot day and air conditioning was a small machine in the room and it was totally inadequate resulting in warm room. Ceiling fan never worked. Bathroom was very dated."…""Amazing view of lake. "the hotel is in need of an update. the grounds were beautiful. There was food left in the fridge from the last guest and it was moldy. The tv didnt work and it took 3 different sets to get one that worked but the choice of stations was small and not appropiate for english speaking guests.
