"Our stay in the Hawksbill Penthouse was an absolute dream vacation. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the photos simply could not capture the breathtaking beauty of the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean. The pool was peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant offered fantastic food and exceptional service, and the beach was absolutely perfect. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return."

"The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location is also centralized from all of the activities that we planned. I will even take it a step further and share that I went to one the infamous fancy restaurants there that has a great scenic view and the bulk was over $120 per person but I left the restaurant wishing that I had the resorts dinner instead. So overrated. I would definitely come back to Sugar Bay Resort! "
