"The only thing that wasn’t so hot was that if you have an ocean view and you’re on the fourth floor, your view is quite obstructed by a large overhang of sorts…..plus, several times there were unexpected maintenance workers or other guests prowling around outside your balcony….as it was all connected. I wouldn’t recommend that floor. But…..the hotel was flawlessly clean, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was always tasty food and drinks available. And this hotel was QUIET. I was close to the elevator, and I never heard a thing! The pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. There’s a really large seating area with tables and outdoor sofas and places to hang out and enjoy the view. I don’t know if it’s connected to the hotel or not, but there’s a jet ski rental on the property, and guests seemed to be really enjoying that. Excellent places to eat within easy walking distance. And one thing that I really appreciated about this hotel is that there were water stations everywhere. If you bring a water bottle with you, you can fill it up for free (and stay hydrated!) I saved a LOT of money, haha."

"Overall it was pretty great, rooms were updated, property was clean, great location to beach and restaurant the staff was friendly. Nice patio area just to sit and talk. My only complaint was night 2 we killed a roach in our room, figured probably just random as we didn't see signs of Roaches being an issue, we were normally check out next day anyway.. Unexpectedly had a lil too much fun so we extended our stay one more night no issues.. Think it may have caused some confusion because a guy staff worker, tried to enter our room jot sure why he wasn't a housekeeper.. Then a couple hrs later the housekeeper also tried to enter, she apologized.. We ordered in a late lunch (pizza) then later that evening headed out for dinner.. Came back late that evening wanted to have a late-night snack opened box and a roach came out.. Threw out 2 pizzas because of it again too late to make a complaint.. So I'm on the fence if it was just a coincidence or if they really have an issue.. Other than that I really loved it but on the fence because it gives me the ick feeling because we didn't want to take a chance so ended up washing all our laundry at a laundromat and sprayed down all our luggage and bags before bringing them inside the house, so I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again, so I'm really struggling on deciding if we ever want to stay again.. We have stayed in plenty of hotels but never had this issue.."

"Well, we did have a problem with our room, let the staff know and they did what they could at the time (it was midnight). They were right on top of it the following day though, it was fixed during the day when we were out for lunch."
