The people were friendly enough, the room was kind of clean, but I felt like the sheets maybe had not been washed, maybe they were just stained, but my problem was the lighting. There was a switch for the tiny hallway as you walk in, but you had to turn lamps on to get light in any other part of the room, which I didn't like. I want to be able to turn the light on and see what is inside esp in a hotel room. it felt unsafe to me.

Terika at the front desk works with the true definition of hospitality. She made it feel like it was not just a hotel I stayed in, she made me feel like I was important to the place where I stayed while I was doing a work project. She kept a pillow that I had left (my favorite pillow) until I could get back to Spartanburg to get it, over 2 weeks. Send that woman a bonus or give her a raise! Thank you Terika!

I liked the hotel. The front desk gentleman that checked me in was not friendly at all. He was irritated that I booked theough Expedia. He said it was a lot more work for them, with an eye roll. I spoke to him when I returned from dinner and he did not speak back. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

My father and I stood at check in for a very long time while a drug addict stood next to us who cleary was prostituting for drugs and homeless. The clerk never once told her to leave. She then followed us to our room begging for favors. An hr later she was still at the entrance bothering men as they came and went outside.

Roaches, lots of very large roaches in my room. I didn’t notice any until I was preparing to check out but then saw a dozen or more moving on the carpet and floor, they were partially camouflaged by the carpet but once I looked for them I saw several. Otherwise was a nice and clean room but they need to fumigate or something to get rid of the.

I’ve always loved staying at this hotel. If I forget anything while packing for my trip it’s located across from the mall and there are more places for gas and shopping in the area close to the hotel. I will always choose Comfort Suites for my family while in town visiting.

It was ok. The price wasn’t worth the stay. The clerk didn’t seem happy to see us. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Cleanliness could be better. Our ceiling had water damage. Remote didn’t work well. Breakfast was ok but breaker kept tripping so waffle maker, toaster, and microwave kept not working and staff wasn’t too quick fixing it. It wasn’t awful by any means, and I would stay again if I had to. But it definitely wouldn’t be first on my list.
