We waited about 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk at check in. The stairs & hallways were not vacuumed, our room was musty & mildew smelling. The bathroom was tiny, stains on the shower curtain. The ice machine was out of order, the pool is closed indefinitely. We asked for more towels ...
