Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room.
We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach.
Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue.
Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1.
The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

"Rooms were clean, place was clean. Located right across from the go karts and the dino golf at clifton Hill. Didn't have a mini fridge or microwave but would definitely stay here again. Location was central to everything we wanted to do and if we wanted to ride somewhere there were 2 spots to go ..."
