"Hotel was under new management per signage. *Pool was closed *Outdoor trash was filled for 2 nights straight *Bed was extremely hard and I like a firm bed (this is personal preference nothing can be done by management) *Sheets were stained *Toilet caulking was coming off and toilet moved *Ledge in shower was coming off. Needs new caulking. *The water pressure was good. Bathroom itself was big. Front desk staff (male) didn’t know basic answers to questions (late check out) I prob wouldn’t stay here again. "

"This was a great place to stay with lots of people. Parking off-street by the house for ease when unloading, plenty of beds, and a nice dining area and living room space for eating and being together. Just as a heads up to anyone with small kids or elderly guests, all the rooms are upstairs and there isn’t a railing. This is our only complaint, as my 76 yo father and my 2 yo nephew had a hard time on the stairs. Everything else was great!"

"When I accidentally booked a stay with the inn for the wrong night through a third party. They canceled my nonrefundable stay and rebooked me for the night that I intended. These people believe in customer service and have such a lovely place and made to order breakfast. When going through Mount Vernon again, I will definitely stay with them. Great for cyclists."

"Honestly, if I wasn’t a Hilton Club member, I’d never go back to a Hilton brand hotel. The staff was preoccupied on their phones when we had questions. The blinds in our room were broke. The garbage cans in our room and the hotel overflowing. The water pressure in our shower was a trickle. Our room was never made up and we had to ask for clean towels. Customer service was extremely poor. This hotel is a poor representation of the Hilton brand and quite frankly, I was shocked at the lack of concern about the condition of our room and the overall appearance of the hotel and property. Also, I did grab some fruit at the breakfast bar, the apple and banana were both rotten. Totally disgusting."

"Hotel was ok. Did not like number of “guests” hanging out in parking lot at night smoking and drinking. Situation made me very uncomfortable."

"It’s simple, but clean, quiet and fine. Nice Italian restaraunt next door."
