"Great food. I’m a vegetarian and my husband is a semi meat eater. We were very pleased with the food variety offered. Let me say…we have been living in Dominica for two months…it’s been a challenge. We came to Rosalie Bay Resort primarily for hot water and reliable AC…we got both and much much more!!"

"The staff is wonderful, very pleasant! The hotel needs a renovation especially the older sections. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Although there are elevators,( not always strategically located), they need to install ramps for those people who may not be able to navigate stairs! The food was good, but only a buffet for breakfast every morning was not ideal. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"Had a good 5 day stay. Was greeted on arrival by the person caring for the house. He showed me where everything was located and all the instructions i needed to know. The house was clean and everything needed as far as appliances, gadgets, supplies was provided. The A/C works great. There’s no cable on the tv so if you need tv bring a Roku/firestick etc. Theres a very secure privacy gate which made me feel more comfortable and secure. The house is up a very steep hill so transportation is a plus but walking is doable also. To get to the main road and to the beach, It took me about 5-10min easy walk down and about 15-20min walk up. The walk up will test how in shape you are Would stay here again if needed. "

"Lovely views across the street to the ocean, worth taking a camera there with you, birdlife including humming birds, and the sunsets over the ocean, twice we saw the elusive "green flash". They have hire cars next to the accommodation. You will need a hire card to get around or organise a driver / licenced tour guide & vehicle to get around"
