Ask about our great tours and fishing Charters with Captain Kid & Son Charter’s. New 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house located at the North end of 28th Street in Spanish Wells just 20 second walk to Beach. Fully furnished with central A/C free WIFI and cable TV.
1 King with private bath downstairs plus queen pull out sofa in living room.
1 King and 1 Queen bed upstairs with full bath.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water!!!!
We also offer Boat Charters to Swimming Pigs, Fishing, Swimming with Turtles, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays, snorkeling, beach picnics etc with Capt. Kid & Son Charters, captainkidtours.com

House is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the dead end street with sand path leading to the Beach just 400 ft away. Area on beach with chaise loungers, chairs, beach umbrella and gas grill all provide. New construction completed in November of 2019. We also have another VRBO property id 1819056 Cozy Cove Cottage and 1846774 Green Turtle that was completed at the same time.
Free Kayak provided for use.
2 Bicycles provided for free.
4 seat golf cart provided for Free !!!!.
Additional 4 seat and 6 seat Golf Cart Available for rent!
House is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels and cooking utensils.
Kayak and bicycles provided for free upon request.
Island is a primarily European based island. It has 6 restaurants, 4 Bars, 1 large very nice grocery store, 2 small grocery Stores, and 3 Liquor Stores.
Island is only 7 miles from closest Airport, North Eleuthera Airport or airport code is ELH. It is a 10 minute taxi ride followed by a 5 minute ferry ride over to to the island. Spanish Wells. Once you provide us with your flight information we will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with local shuttle company. Cost is only $20/person for both water and land taxi. Once you arrive on island we will meet you and take you to the house and answer any questions you might have and get you all settled in.
In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted.

Great Family Vacation

This property was absolutely for our spring break as a family! It was a great place to launch our explorations of the island, and we loved how close it was to the beach. We got to do lots of snorkeling and kayaking. I was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying on Spanish Wells with this host, and we can't imagine a better experience. The cottage is immaculate, well located. Perfect for a family of four or more. The hosts are the best.

Amazing Cottage on Spanish Wells

We had a great time in Spanish Wells. Turtle Shell cottage was very nice. It had everything we needed. The location is perfect. A short walk down a path leads you to the beautiful beach with beach chairs and nice umbrella covering. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent here again

Escape from our Alaska winter!

Absolutely a delightful place. So wonderful to make a cup of coffee in the morning and walk to the beautiful beach in under a minute. The landscaping and all of the surroundings were over the top. The furnishings were comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. A complete pleasure to stay in your escape.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Turtle Shell

First off our communication in pre-planning was super quick and super helpful. The place was so cute and comfortable and access to the beach (a spectacular, nearly empty of people beach) was 1 min walk. Spanish Wells is wonderful and we will go back and we would love to stay here again. Thank you Tara and Jody for all the help and for this lovely little gem of a place

The house was amazing. Right down from the beach. Great experience!!!! We were taken good care of and their fishing excursion was great; felt like we were fishing with an old friend. Captain Ivan was great!!!

Spanish Wells Oasis

From the start to finish our stay at the Turtle Shell Cottage was perfect. The house was clean and organized with everything you needed for your stay. Jody took our family on a day long boat excursion and it was perfect. We swam with the pigs, went to the swings in the middle of ocean, visited sanddollar beach and snorkled at 2 amazing spots. The walk to the beach was coated in fairy lights that lit up the trees-it was magical. We will be back!!

Amazing vacation… we’ll be back!

My family had a fantastic time on Spanish Wells, and staying at Turtle Shell cottage was like home! The location was perfect! The cottage was adorable and cozy. Jody and Tara were fantastic hosts, and they were quick to respond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the laid back atmosphere of the island and slow pace. THIS was a true vacation, and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Jody and Tara!

A very, very nice property just steps from the shoreline. Jody and Tara couldn't have been better hosts, always readily available. Take the golf cart option 😉

The best time

We love Spanish Wells. We found it by accident a few years ago. I’ve already started plans for our 2025 trip and I’m planning to stay in one of these great properties again. The Pinders and staff were so helpful and the amenities that are included with these listings are perfectly thought out and exactly what we wanted. We had the most relaxing, recharging spring break. Absolutely my happy place and has me thinking about stays that last more than a week. Thank you so much for making these beautiful properties an option for this midwesterner and her people. 😊😊😊

Great Property & Wonderful Hosts

The house was very nice and sparkling clean. Golf cart looked new, bicycles & kayak were in excellent condition. There is a short path from the house to the beach where there is a canopy, hammock, chairs & lounges. The kayak is also stored on the beach which was very convenient. The hosts were very nice and responsive to requests - they are well organized and on top of everything. I had a great vacation and have already reserved the house for next year. The house and hosts definitely deserve the 5 stars they are consistently rated.

When I say everything was perfect, I mean EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!! The house was incredible…beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed!!! It literally is steps away from a beautiful path that leads straight to the gorgeous beach and ocean!! Having use of a golf cart was a major plus!!! Communication with our host was always easy and prompt and so very helpful!!! Our family rented all 3 of these beach houses for our son’s wedding and it literally was PERFECT!!! We will rent again for sure!!!!❤️

Excellent location and accommodations!

We had a great stay in Spanish Wells that began with the property owners meeting us at the water taxi dock. They provided us with a very nice golf cart and we followed them to the house. We were provided with simple and clear directions for the home and found it beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. We were only steps from the beach, and they had a wonderful covered area on the beach for our use. It included chairs and loungers, so no dragging stuff back and forth from the house. We definitely plan to rent from them again when we return in a few months! You really can't go wrong with this house, and the owners we available for any questions we had and made great recommendations!
