Beachfront one bedroom studio with full kitchen, covered porch and open deck.

  • One bedroom studio apartment suitable for a couple or family with young kids. King size firm pillow top bed and full size futon., suitable for children. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Covered porch facing the beach which is just a few steps away plus a deck with lounge chairs. Unbeatable beachfront location and views. Kayaks and paddle boards are included.
    The apartment is centrally located and food and liquor stores as well as restaurants, but we highly recommend renting a golf cart (buggy) to explore the island and adjoining Russell Island.
    Spanish Wells is an historic lobster fishing island with a beautiful beach. There are no hotels or large resorts and the island has retained much of its charm. However, there are several good but casual restaurants where fresh seasonal catch is available.
    If you are looking for a laid back vacation on a beautiful beach, Spanish Wells is it!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

My husband and I finally accepted our friends invitation to vacation in Spanish Wells, Bahamas in May 2025 and was not disappointed. The people there are so friendly and very gracious, and the food was delicious. Having a beach right out of our apartment was icing on the cake, perfect. I highly recommended this apartment.

Clean and quiet getaway

Awesome beachfront property. Apartment was well maintained and had everything we required for our stay. Property manager was very helpful with coordinating ferry/taxi service to airport and making sure the property was suiting us well. Couldnt have asked for a better place to vacation.

Perfect Getaway

Beach lovers dream. Cute efficiency, surprisingly well equipped. Everything we needed, seamless check in from the ferry dock, to golf cart rental to beach escape. Great location, easy to get around. Close to restaurants and food stores. Property manager was great, even opened some coconuts for us too.

Our Happy Place

My husband and I had the best weekend in SW. It was absolutely beautiful. Our little home for the weekend was perfect. Very clean and right on the water! You couldn't beat the view. We will be coming back soon!

Best ever!

We were looking for a quiet and relaxed vacation and this place checked all of our boxes. Efficiently run, smooth transition from airport to ferry to golf cart to property. Clean, beautiful property. Great amenities. The view was spectacular. Most of all everyone was so kind and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Would recommend this beautiful spot to anyone and return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely AMAZING!

My husband and I stayed here recently and it was incredible! The property is just as described and the fact that it sits right on the beach was our favorite part. The beach is perfect - crystal clear water, the sand bar, low tide, high tide, we loved all of it! Everything we needed was supplied and Donna, Lori and Vince were all so great at helping us with taxi/ferry arrangements and showing us access to the unit. The location of this property is also perfect - you can get to everything very easily and can walk the beach all the way down to the park and bridge to Russell Island. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Spanish Wells!

Peace of Paradise

From the moment we stepped off the ferry, we were greeted by Donna with a big smile. We followed her to the house in our golf cart where she gave a comprehensive guide to the property and amenities. The studio apartment is located on the beautiful north beach of Spanish Wells and the outdoor accommodations are perfect! We just rebooked for next April!

Fantastic!

We spent two weeks in Spanish Wells and loved every minute! Incredible location! I can’t imagine a better location on the island for enjoying the beach, water, restaurants and town. The water was crystal clear and calm. Surrounded by a beautiful sandbar, which allows for complete relaxation while floating on the various inflatables. The property was very clean and well cared for! Our sincere thanks to Vince for the exceptional hospitality and taking the time to answer our many questions about all things Spanish Wells:) Thank you!!

Little slice of heaven

Bahama Palms was perfect! The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our week stay! Stocked kitchen, paddle boards & kayaks! The location is absolutely perfect. We rented a golf cart and explored the island. It is on the most beautiful beach , great for walking & swimming! Vince met us at the dock and checked us in and checked on us throughout the week! Great guy! Lori was great at communicating with us prior to our stay! We will be back! We loved it!!!

Beach Escape from winter weather in Canada

Property was exceptional, even more so than the pictures on the property listing. Property host, and property managers were very helpful every step of the way, from booking to assisting with travel arragements from Nassau to Spanish Wells and return. A list was supplied detailing local business's for rentals, food, resturants, etc, was very helpful during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Cleaning staff was very efficient, the unit was very clean upon our arrival and the staff was helpful with local inquires. We will most definitely plan a return to Spanish Wells in the future.

A Dream Come True

Bahama Palms is a little piece of heaven. The location is what makes “dreams come true”. Walk out the back door onto a private patio and then ……the beach and glorious Spanish Wells waters.The apartment is beautiful decorated and so comfortable. Great futon and king size bed. Kitchen has everything you need. The location is in the heart of the Island - so close to everything. Colin is a great host - very responsive and Vince met us and showed me around the place. So pleasant and informative. Our dreams came true staying at Bahamas Palms. We relaxed, rejuvenated and had the most wonderful vacation. We will return!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and our expectations were absolutely exceeded! The property was absolutely amazing and had the BEST views! Vince was an amazing host and checked on us often and even brought us some fresh mangos to try. We were quick to make the decision that we would be returning back as soon as possible! We’ve done plenty of long vacations before but even after 8 days we still weren’t ready to leave this place!

This was a great stay in a really nice chill location. Vince made everything so easy after meeting us off the ferry and showing us the room. Stocked with everything you need and close to grocery store. Golf cart made it easy to get around small island to visit beaches and some really good restaurants. Met some great people and felt entirely safe and relaxed the entire visit. Definitely a great value and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Would definitely consider returning.

Great Beachfront Location

We were looking for a place to totally relax on best beach, walking distance to points of interest/bars/restaurants and this was the perfect spot. Lori & Vince were very welcoming, keep the property in immaculate condition with all amenities, and made the experience both personal & professional.

Perfect Place

Vince met us at the ferry dock with our rental golf cart and we followed him to the VRBO. The unit was just as the online pictures showed and we had a great stay. Spanish Wells was laid back and so beautiful.

Great location! Centrally located, had everything we needed. We snorkeled, fished, and lounged to our heart’s content. This location is fantastic for a safe beach for children and families. You can float all day and not drift away. The studio was perfect for our needs and our host were very on top of it. Easy to communicate. I’d stay here again.

Awesome vacation location and rental!!

Not enough words can describe how good this condo is, how awesome the water is and how good the hosts were. This was our first time to Spanish Wells and it will not be the last. The beach was fantastic. A very low key island and I hope it stays that way. Lori was great to work with at all times.

Amazing Hosts and Unit

Vince and Lori are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your experience as stress-free and accomodating as possible. The unit is immaculate and its exceptionally well positioned with an unmatched beachfront view. It truly is a home away from home with all the beauty you could ever want. We will be back!
