Good central location, comphy beds, quiet and staff (Ariful) were excellent, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in the first room was not working properly and we had to move room. Also, shower drainage not built properly and whole bathroom gets completely soaked with water after the shower (and no additional drains to get rid of this water), which leaks into the bedroom.

Clean and perfectly located property in the heart of Palermo. Rooms were spacious, bathroom had all the commodities. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Loved the fresh selections, coffees, fruits and cakes. Staff was super helpful and knowledgable.

Very nice property and the location was excellent... right in the heart of the historic district. But the high point of this hotel is the restaurant. First of all excellent breakfast with a panoramic view of the city from the rooftop. And the dinner menu is outstanding... very unexpected for a hotel restaurant... highly recommended.

"The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old. The double beds are actually 2 single mattresses, so if you are a couple prepare to fall between the gap. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms or anywhere near them. You have to go to reception, and ..."
