Nice and friendly small hotel with good location

Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!

Fine hotel with a restaurant

Fine hotel with big rooms (separate with twin bed and a hall with expandable sofa). First level is indeed restaurant, but too bad it works limited hours - just as practically all restaurants in Spa. The staff was nice and helpful.

Convenient spot in Spa

Middle of town. Easy to walk around. Convenient location. Across the street from the tram that takes you to the spa. Didn’t eat at the restaurant cause checked in too late. But several others within walking distance. The lift is the size of a bathtub. One person and bag per trip otherwise a nice clean quiet place

There is no off street parking, have to park on the street. The photo of the hotel is carefully crafted as the monument in the picture is in the town square. No air conditioning and only one mirror in the mini suite despite a modern recent refurbishment. The restaurant is closed on a Wednesday - but of a surprise - good Restuarant’s nearby

Keurige hotelkamer pal in het centrum gelegen. Fijne bedden. Keurige badkamer met heerlijke douche (wel zeep maar geen shampoo). Netheid in orde. Als je laat op de avond binnenkomt, moet je door een wat donker restaurant lopen.

Hyvä hotelli ihan Span keskustassa. Huone oli hyväkuntoinen ja remontoitu. Ainoa miinus, että huoneessa oli todella kuuma, eikä lämpötilaa voinut säädellä. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä. Kuvista voisi päätellä, että hotellissa olisi uima-allas, mutta tämä ei pidä paikkaansa.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hotel, nous avons été ravi. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Spa, la chambre est propre avec une salle de bain spacieuse et un grand lit, personnel très acceuillant, parking facile à proximité, petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux. De loin le meilleur rapport qualité/prix que nous avons eu à Spa jusqu'ici. Je le conseille fortement, notre hôtel est tout trouvé pour nos prochaines nuits à Spa

Ce qui est dommage c'est que la réservation est passé tard mais personne pour nous accueillir, nous sommes resté devant une porte close... Alors oui il est indiqué apres relecture plusieur fois de l annonce car pas tres clair check in entre 15h et 21h30 mais pour quoi ne pas bloquer les réservations de cette hôtel apres 21h30? Nous avons fait le chemin jusque là pensent avoir un endroit où dormir car nous avons reçu un mail de confirmation que notre réservation était bien enregistrée et que c'était ok et une fois sur place, c'était fermer....

Bel hôtel ayant un bon restaurant, la proposition du menu était parfaite. Du côté de la chambre, le matelas parait confortable à première vue! Les lits sont trop bas,la chambre est vraiment trop petite, pas moyen de bouger, que en rasant les murs, plus de place aurait été possible en réduisant le hall d'entrée et le wc. Pas moyen d'ouvrir la fenêtre tant c'est bruyant la nuit. L' accueil est très agréable.

1 night stay before track day at Spa Franchorchamp

Fastest check-in ever, manager had all the paperwork and keycard ready to go, all I had to do was sign. We were two guys, we booked twin beds but the two beds were together and could not be move apart due to fixed side tables. Was not a real problem though. Continental breakfast was adequate.
