The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The beach is in walkable distance, going to which it is possible to stop by the bar and get some drinks and snacks. The animators were great to keep children busy. The only thing I would improve is the food in the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong fruits and vegetables were great but it would be nice to have more choices for main courses.

We had a suite and the bedrooms were prettu small. The food for breakfast was bad- the hard boiled eggs were blue inside and dry, a few days old. Nothing tasted fresh at breakfast. The eggs and bacon looked horrible. There is a mountain of trash as you walk out of the hotel property into the beach. The staff- some are nice, some are nasty, and other incompetent.

Dirty vacation

We chose this hotel because of the large swimming pool it has. It turned out that the swimming pool from August 4, 2023 is unable to use. The water in the pool is green, cloudy, dirty, there is sediment on the surface - I send photos. Swimming in this pool poses a health risk. The problem with dirty water was reported to the reception and the entertainment staff. Everyone agreed that the problem with dirty water would be solved. Everyone is smoking in restaurant. From room some out staff was missing. No recommendations!!! No 4 stars hotel.

The worst place, where i ever been.The stuff is terrible.The rooms are terrible condition. Nobody speaks English!They are not helpful if you have any problems, and for sure you will, théy not going to help! Check out timr they tryed to charge more then what amount we got from expedia! So terrible room condition and services! At the reception non stop somebody complaning! Nobady speaks english! Way to expensive! For that price, that is the worst hotel ever for me where i ever been!

I little disappointed since on the picture the impression is that the beach os part of the hotel which was not the case. There is a path to go to the beach over some ponds and dunes and then you enter the paid beach area. The rooms are basically apartments that come with one key only (no second key option) The hotel is kids friendly and the pool is about 5 ft every where. It is an okay location if you are able to get a good price for it.

Cheap tactics to collect more money from customers

The big disappointment:  * Extra 7 LV/person/device for WiFi access in the room, when the hotel advertises "free WiFi" -- apparently, it's free only in the hotel lobby * The soup was served cold, waiters not particularly friendly * Must drag your own luggage from the parking area to the apartment, no help offered or closer place to unload.
