"The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through. Food was good and varied enough. Overall a pleasant enough stay"

"The only reasonable staffs are a lady and a gentleman called Mathew at reception table. They call it buffet but food not enough for people, you'll serve rice and wait for other food, which is very inconvenient and shameful standing waiting for food. They need to train all their staffs or they'll keep losing customers. Not the best place to spend your money. My opinion. "

"It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation. The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien). Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager "

"There’s no sign outside to let you know if you are at the correct location which was tough because no one came to open the gate for about 5 min while my uber honked his horn. Someone opened the gate and we drove in, I was greeted by someone after letting them know who I was but then they ran off. "The setup of having to take separate elevators to get to the lobby then to your room is a little funky, as is the fact that there is no through connection from the hotel into the mall, but that was literally the only minor annoyance. Everything else at that hotel was perfect. Everything. "
