"Booked this fabulous house for our family celebration. The ground floor was amazing as there was room for the teenagers to play Pool, Table Tennis or Table Football and for the adults to do their own thing. The open plan layout also meant we could all be together but in our own space. The bedrooms worked well for us and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the High Street and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Thoroughly recommend this property."

"Positives the location was by far the best thing about the property. Located near the high street and the beach great base for exploring Southwold. However the property is really small I would call it extreme cosy we are only a family of 3 but it still felt very very small. The stairs are very steep and would not advise if you have young children. And I’m sorry to say the bedrooms were really hot even with the windows open I didn’t sleep a full night in the 4 days I was there not helped by...
