"Do not book here. This was such an awful experience. We booked two rooms for 6 people. After a 3 hour drive, we showed up and they said they had overbooked by hundreds and every other hotel was also booked, so basically good luck. Then suddenly they had a king bedroom available so we went with it for all 6 of us because there was no other option. The hotel was dirty, smelled, had so many people walking in and out, dirty, and a man who had keys to all the rooms was offering us other rooms which was sketchy. But without any other option we chose to stay the one night. We visited the front for extra blankets and towels and was told “we don’t have any, you guys only put 1 person in the room, so we can’t accommodate extra”. I had no words for this. We actually put 6 people and asked for two rooms, but I guess that was still our fault. The next morning, not hot water for showers. No notification of it also. As we left, they asked if it was because the hot water was out, so they knew and didn’t inform us."

"A/C worked. Room looked clean at first but the sheets were stained. There was urine marks all down the front of the toilet and the towels did not feel or smell fresh. They offered another room which also had urine all down the toilet and stained sheets. Water pressure was horrible and we ran out of hot water within 2 minutes. The guy at the front desk was irritated about our concerns. He gave us pool towels in exchange and were covered in hair. "

"The outside smells of d**th, the room had so many dead roaches everywhere. We asked for a new room, the new room smelled of bleach so we assumed it was it clean until a giant roach ran across the bathroom floor. We went to the front and explained the situation and the staff member at the front apologized but was almost shocked when we asked for a refund. They did refund us, so that’s a plus. On our next trip here, we’re skipping this area. "
