"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "Property was beautiful. Clean, airy with everything we needed. Joan and Finn were excellent hosts. Very friendly and welcoming. The views from the garden were beautiful. Joan and Finn gave us some great insight into places to see and excellent recommendations for places to eat. It was a beautiful stay and we would thoroughly recommend this property."
