"The only good thing about this hotel was the staff — they were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was pretty disappointing. The rooms didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, or hair dryer, which made the stay really inconvenient. The beds were also terrible — very thin and uncomfortable. On top of that, the rooms only had AC and no heat. Save yourself the frustration and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"A friendly check-in and great location but we did not receive our complimentary parking, as indicated and when I asked about this on checking out, I was promised it would be refunded. This has still not happened."

"Had a suite with a Jacuzzi and there were signs to be careful about getting to much water outside of the tub. Yet the shower door lets water leak out everywhere. "

"It was a clean and fresh hotel with live music in the lobby. However our room was several buildings down, no elevator. Confusing and needed a map to find my way around. It looked like the buildings joined by a hall way but they didn’t, we had to walk outside to the pool 2 buildings away, not ideal. My bed was made with all the blankets sideways. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a limit with required tip. It was nice, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the river. We walked the path in the morning and evening. Had several restaurants to choose from. "
