"Staff is great. Unbeatable breakfast. Pools are nice but hot tub leaves a lot to be desired in size and cleanliness. Multiple issues with sinks/bath/electrical (sink didn’t drain, constant overhead light flickering) we had to call maintenance about. They were very responsive but I didn’t get the sense that they were checking things proactively or reporting issues internally as they came up. Great location along the river greenway."

"Nice and convenient location and pet friendly which was super nice for us. The only downfall was the Smoking all around to it smelled like smoke outside and in the hallways but our room did not smell which was very nice. Nice grass outside the hotel with a nice neighborhood right there to walk our dog in."

"We requested the top floor which they gave us and it was very quiet. They were also helpful when we wanted to stay another night in the same room."

"We love Hotel 43. The location is perfect for downtown or a trip to the university. It is always clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful."

"Staff, room, and parking were good. It was the inconsiderate other people who were loud in the room above. Pounding and stomping across the floor all night. Then the person who started his large diesel truck that was backed in right in front of our room and let it run for 10-15 minutes before he left. The smell was horrific."
