- This comfortable home named the Autumn Lodge is located in the lively picturesque village of Southwest Harbor can be enjoyed year round. The neighborhood consists of year round full time residents along with several inns and bed & breakfasts. The home is set back from the road under the trees offering quiet privacy. Relax on the small deck under the canopy of a large pine. Classic ranch home with open updated design and decorated with the colors of fall. Fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter, dishwasher, and informal kitchen dining on the bar. Gas log fireplace. Refinished hardwood floors. Two bedrooms offering one queen and one full sized bed. Remodeled in the winter of 2019. Private outdoor space. Harbor frontage on opposite side of the street. In town location close to restaurants & shops.
