I booked a special 55th wedding anniversary getaway for my parents at Sanibel Island Beach Resort, and the experience was magnificent from start to finish. The level of customer service, from the moment I made the initial reservation until my parents checked out, was truly top-notch. I have never encountered a hotel with better communication—they were proactive, clear, and operated from a consistent "place of yes." It is clear the entire staff genuinely cares about their guests. The property itself is brand new with outstanding, modern accommodations. Beyond the rooms, the resort offers excellent on-site dining and a beautiful pool area and is right on the beach. The team went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary special, even providing thoughtful recognition with complimentary champagne and sweets. Make the reservation—you absolutely will not regret it."

"Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and recleaned daily even thougha sign said they'd be cleaned every 3 days. Complimentary breakfast and drinks was good. Pool area was clean and enjoyable"

"I really liked the set up. The room had a small kitchen and everything was very comfortable. The beach was beautiful in December! The pool and hot tubs were always used and there was live entertainment around five. If I come back to Fort Meyers, I will stay here again. "
