It states that 'covered' parking is available for $20 per night. The cost actually applies for on-site parking, which is not valet nor covered. I parked conveniently located covered off-site parking. This is not the first time I experienced parking issues with the info stated on your website."

"Only there for 3 days in Florida and pool was unavailable for one whole day, and marked off with caution tape for the rest of our vacation?"

"The hotel is good. It’s served its purpose . But it’s a motel that was renovated. The eating area is nice and clean. The surrounding parts need more help. The flooring in the hallways are beat up. As well as the elevator. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom tub was difficult to use. I probably won’t stay again. But it wasn’t horrible and the staff was very nice."

"The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected."
