"This property is a hidden gem. You walk through the doors and walk into an oasis. Beautiful sitting area, lush plants and trees. The unit is perfect, clean and beautifully decorated. The host Francisco was so gracious, we arrived very early in Lisbon and he was able to give us access earlier than the check in time. He is also very helpful with restaurant suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend this property."

"As you know I book our travels through Expedia regularly. This was the worst, and the only dreadful experience we have ever had. Check in at the “check in centre” was dreadful, slow and not as expected. We expected to be staying close to the sea, as we had when we visited last year, but our accommodation was several miles inland and very very disappointing. We didn’t see any staff and didn’t get any breakfast. Very expensive for an absolutely dreadful stay. We hope we get a significant refund. "
