"This hotel smells so bad! I had to plug my nose and hold my breath every time I walked down the stairs. The WiFi never worked. This experience was terrible. I spent the least amount of time in my room as possible. Do not stay here!"

"I checked out early and stayed elsewhere because this hotel was unacceptable. The front desk area was cluttered and unprofessional, and staff were rarely available.
The room had a strong odor, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the bed sheets and comforter had visible stains. I was so uncomfortable that I went to Walmart and bought my own sheets, pillows, and comforter just to sleep. The microwave was covered in dust, and the nightstand was sticky and dirty. I...
