"I’m coming from Florida and I always stay here. Staff is always so nice, rooms are clean, breakfast in the morning. I’m also travel with my dogs. Decent price for the room with pets. Parking lot is big with lights. Only “negative” is that the dog bags were gone in the dispenser (and that’s not really a negative lol) thanks again for having an awesome hotel. Will be returning. Until next year! "

"This hotel was great! 1000 times better then the super 8 on Midlothian tnpk that I stayed in last time. This place was clean. The linens smelled freshly laundered. The room itself was large with plenty of seating. Everything worked as expected. I would highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely be staying here on my next visit."

"We stayed at this property for two days with 4 adults, a 2-year-old, a 1-year-old, and two elderly dogs. What we walked into at 4 PM check-in was not a vacation rental — it was an active construction site.Construction workers were still clearing debris from the property until 9 PM the night we arrived. There was dust, debris, and an overall sense that the house was nowhere near ready to host guests. This alone would have been unacceptable, but it only got worse from there.There were no keys in the lockbox, which meant we had no way to lock the house whenever we left. That is a serious security issue.Inside the house, sanitation and safety were shocking:•We found a razor blade on the floor where our toddlers were playing.•The floors were so filthy that our feet were black from walking around.•The sheets smelled like body odor and had sand in them.•There was leftover food in a kitchen drawer.•The dishwasher contained old food.•The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain after washing my face.•The kitchen drawers were broken and wouldn’t open.•A sink handle was missing.•The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall.•The chairs were wobbly.•The bunk bed frame was snapped.•For a “newly renovated” property, every wall was covered in scuffs and marks.This property is being marketed as newly renovated, but it appears poorly maintained, improperly cleaned, and completely unprepared for guests — especially families with young children. "Absolutely wonderful stay for a nearby family wedding! The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable and the hosts are so communicative and helpful! We had no issues at all but they still messaged to check on us and make sure all was well. The house is beautiful and so nice, lots of room to spread out and a nice outdoor space to enjoy too. Would highly recommend! "
