"Pay for parking, pay for internet, pay for breakfast. Room was dirty, no one made the beds the entire stay or changed out the towels, pool was nasty, covered area was falling apart, almost face planted on the steps because they were broken. No towels for pool, no water in lobby, always empty. The lobby was the only thing that was nice (minus the water) as an honors member and former employee, I am shocked at the last couple of days I’ve had at Hilton’s at how bad they have been. Kind of embarrassed."

"The staff seemed completely unprepared for Mother’s Day weekend. We were told that we could check in early and then when our room is ready, they would give us a call at 4 PM. 4 PM comes around no call. 5 PM comes around no call. We call the hotel and they tell us we have to come back in and register again. During initial registration and second registration, the staff had no problem, yelling at guests and being completely unprofessional and rude. I am actually flabbergasted that this was a TradeWinds resort. "
