"Drury's Hotel Plaza had excellent Customer service. From the managers to the cleaners that cleaned our rooms. Everyone was happy to help when asked. The only recommendedation I could give is to extend the hours for the swimming pool from 10pm to 11pm. The breakfast and dinner options were good and tasty. Our stay was great because of them."

"This hotel was on the quieter side of the riverwalk, and we splurged and opted for a Deluxe King room with a Balcony overlooking the water. The staff was helpful and even room service was fast. I loved it! I would recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed our stay, the grounds are beautiful, rooms are modern, updated, clean and very comfortable. All the amenities were beautiful and we truly enjoyed the kids pool. Only thing that could have been better was the service in the pools, there were a few staff members taking orders for drinks and food but somehow they would always skip us and not acknowledge us. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful except for the staff by the pools, they seemed a lot younger than the other employees. Valet staff was top notch as well as front desk staff."

"Central Location is close to everything. Had a problem initially but it was addressed immediately. Parking is expensive everywhere so plan on walking or renting scooters. Make sure to thank & tip Vanessa for getting a hot free breakfast ready every morning."
