  • Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. End unit for more privacy.

Great view to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was so nice to have a full bath and a half bath also. Comfy couch. The kitchen had pots and pans although I did not use any of them. It was a good fit for us.

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. A beach condo on the ICW with stunning views. Restaurants in close proximity. Well maintained, clean, and comfortable accommodations. Wonderful owners that are super friendly! Balcony overlooking the marina. We highly recommend and love staying here!

Great Base location to Visit the area

Rear Porch overlooking the Harbour and the waterway/marshes was lovely. The one bedroom condo was clean and as advertised. Our communication with Jim was great and we had a great visit to the area enjoying Southport and Oak Island. There are 2 restaurants to hang out at as well - perfect!Ted
