"Property is at the end of downtown. It is a 2 minute walk to the free Bar Harbor trolley that can take you around town and even to the other side of the harbor. But downtown is all walkable from TugBoat. Our room was attached to the Tugboat which is the restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the shower has some of best water pressure I have ever experienced. Checkin was a breeze and the staff is very helpful in making sure you know your parking options and how to get to your room They provide a map of the property that has breakfast options around town We never had problems with parking at all. The views from our room were incredible as we were actually staying over the water "

"Parking secure, somewhat difficult to find parking during supper hour. Wonderful room! King bed, porch with rockers was so beautiful and tranquil. Always felt safe, very nice property. Heated outdoor pool, fantastic view of sunsets. Clean room, comfy, staff incredibly attentive."
