"They advertised sound proof rooms. Not happening They advertised well stocked mini bar not happening There are pictures indicating a dining room Not happening They make no indication you can get coffee in the ad we brought coffee and find out there is coffee in the lobby In the room was a long bench that stuck out. I stubbed my toe on it, it hurt. It is wood and a piece sticks out that is wood.You can't see it and very little room to get by. I had to move it to another part of the room. or a visit to the hospital. they need to fix that. The soap in the shower is in a little bottle and very hard to use and not enough. My wife brought soap so we were ok. The people there are very congenial and that is good. the first night it was 50 degrees out side and the heater in the room didn't work. Nice location and no matter what I or others write, they will get customers."

"The hotel refused to communicate with myself or Hotel.com when asked about Cancelling the room a week in advance. After initial communication we were told it needed manager approval and then calls were hung up on and no communication was reached after. multiple calls, emails and avenues. They directly ignored us to avoid giving any sort of answer."
