We loved the hospitality. We very much liked the overall idea of creating a hotel that exceeds your expectations.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bruno on the desk who helped me with a booking I had made months ago,but found that I had actually lost the name of the company. He was able to track it down for me. Hindi ( probably not spelled correctly) was charming serving a different free drink and snack every afternoon from 3-5pm. G&T the first evening, a choice of pinos the next. Room was very clean and stylish. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. View from the dining room is spectacular. I only had the continental breakfast there. It was very good. It was also helpful having an on site car park.

One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home.

The Princess Suite was beautiful! The view of the lake and mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. The private hot tub and outdoor fireplace were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as the complimentary happy hour drinks. My husband and I loved staying here to end our honeymoon!
