"We selected an original property due to its proximity to our son’s residence. Although the upgraded home was larger, it significantly increased their travel time back and forth.In addition, there were several issues with the property, including:• No window coverings over the entry door• Limited and mismatched glassware• A broken dining chair• A malfunctioning garage door• Inadequate cleaning upon arrival• Most importantly, a front door that did not lock securely — we discovered it could be opened simply by pressing one button, even when lockedGiven these concerns and the owners unwillingness to assist, I would NOT rent from them again. "
